For our new market in Denmark we are currently recruting 2 danish speakers to join our customer care center team based in Cologne Headoffice.
These employees will be responsible to help our Danish guests with their queries and make bookings in our booking system.
As this is a new market with low volumes these two employees will also be responsible for any backoffice task for our Danish market like customer complaints
