Functieomschrijving

With over 9.000 employees, Center Parcs runs 29 holiday parks in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. We embrace the same mission to our guests: Inspire all to truly connect with nature and each other while caring sharing and enjoying. Our parks can be found in all kinds of different nature reserves, where we set the new standards in family holidays.

Thanks to our massive upgrading plan we gave our parks a new boost. Premium and atypical cottages, upgraded Aqua Mundo, harmless experiences such as authentic activities and strong collaboration with local actors - everything contributes to memorable experiences. In Germany we run six beautiful parks and employ almost 1.200 Happy Family Makers. For us Happy Family Makers is not just a buzz word, but our cultural DNA. All together we continuously improve our product and the service we deliver and strengthen our skills in hospitality.  We are convinced: engaged happy colleagues lead to engaged happy guests.

To support our vision we are looking for a high-performing, solution-driven Country HR Manager for Center Parcs Germany. The ideal candidate will bring creative and organizational solutions to enhance our culture and business.
