Job description

  • Recruiting lead for Headoffice positions and Management team position from the parks

  • Ensuring the best experience for candidates and managers

  • Management of the recruitment process in line with the group's corporate policy

  • Establishment of a talent pool for critical positions

  • Deploy our Employer Branding strategy in Netherlands and Belgium: social media content, vacancies, campus management, ambassador program. 

  • Deploy recruitment projects for your countries: implementation of a new ATS, internal mobilities.
