With over 50 years of experience in the holiday industry, Center Parcs is not only a pioneer in the hospitality sector but also a company passionately committed to sustainability and the protection of nature. Now, as we have just opened a new chapter with the launch of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Scandinavia, we are expanding our portfolio with the popular destination of Denmark.

The Center Parcs Nordborg Resort is located on the charming southern Danish island of Als, close to the mainland of Jutland. With 720 holiday homes and a team of around 200 dedicated employees, we will welcome approximately 160,000 guests annually.

Are you native in Danish, communicative and excited to be part of the team around the park in Denmark? Do you know what it takes in customer service and how important it is to achieve customer satisfaction?

Then join us on this exciting journey! We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) for our Call Center at the Head Office in Cologne to support guest service for the new Nordborg Resort in Denmark.

 

Your tasks

  • You assist and advise our Danish-speaking guests, primarily over the phone (inbound)
  • You handle guest inquiries such as booking inquiries, pre arrival questions or questions regarding our new Nordborg Resort
  • You make bookings in our booking system and take over administrative tasks in the back office
  • You listen to our guests when something hasn't gone as planned and ensure they leave satisfied
  • You assist other teams with e.g. spelling checks or translations for danish website, social media etc

for our new market (Denmark) we are looking for 1 or 2 new coworkers to join our sales team based in Cologne.
you need to be a native danish speaker and be fluent in german and/or english

since this is a new market (our first park in Denmark is opening within the next months). 

we are looking for a flexible and dynamic person.

Next to helping our guests to book their dream holiday, you will also be helping guests with all pre arrival questions.

other tasks like checking danish text for spelling errors will be part of your daily job so strong danish written skills will be necessary.

 

Fähigkeiten

Your profile:

  • You enjoy working with people and have experience in guest consulting and service, ideally in a call center environment
  • You speak Danish on native level - both written and spoken - to assist and advise our Danish-speaking guests effectively
  • Apart from that you are fluent in either English or German
  • You are service-orientated and know about the importance of customer focus
  • You have excellent communication skills when interacting with guests, colleagues, and business partners
  • You are skilled in handling conflicts and you are able to stay calm and confident - even in stressful situations
  • You enjoy working independently and like to take responsibility with a high level of conscientiousness
