Accounting
· Review of accruals, prepayments and other entries during month end closing
· Ensure correctness of the balance sheet position according to the payable accounts
· Control & validate entries posted by the outsourced company
· Review of cash in transit and P2P balance accounts
Support invoice processing
· Point of contact between external shared service center (outsourcing company) and internal stakeholder
· Support in monitoring the escalation processes for timely processing of invoices
· Capacity to solve complex cases & guide the external provider & operational
· Exceptional posting of urgent invoices
· Participate & elaborate some training sessions
Payments
· Controlling task to ensure timely supplier payments
· Participate to payment elaboration (interaction with treasury) & cash follow up
Other
· Liaise with all departments for solving issues
· Ensures delivery of the output as agreed with the internal and external stakeholders for the HYC, YEC, etc,, especially auditors.
· P2P related projects (new S2P tool, robotics, ...)
